This lovely small house(78 sq.m.) is located at the very end of the village in tranquility and fresh air. The view from there is very beautiful. The house comprises a living room and a kitchenette, a bathroom which is not finished and a bedroom. The rooms are connected with a small corridor. There is a big veranda in front of the house which is a lovely sitting area expecially in the summer. In the rear of the house there is a spacious service room which can easily become another bedroom. There is also a garage and spacious parking place. In the big garden there are many fruit trees and other fruit. It is very well maintained.

An asphalt road leads to the house. There are regular bus lines to the close villages and towns. The village will be only 5 km from the new highway connecting Sofia and Bourgas and will take only one hour to the sea. The village is very well developed with several small shops and cafe bars.
