This lovely Bulgarian house we offer you now is located in Pleven region only 25 km away from the city itself. The village, in which the house was built in 1954, is about 130 km away from the capital and the nearest airport.
The property embraces a one-storey house and a garden of 1800 sq. m. The living area is as much as 76 sq. m. and it is distributed between the premises the following way:
