Description
This lovely Bulgarian house we offer you now is located in Pleven region only 25 km away from the city itself. The village, in which the house was built in 1954, is about 130 km away from the capital and the nearest airport.
The property embraces a one-storey house and a garden of 1800 sq. m. The living area is as much as 76 sq. m. and it is distributed between the premises the following way:
On the single floor there are three rooms, middle sized, and a glazed entrance. There also is a bathroom. The walls are white-washed, the floor is wooden. The windows are two-wing and have glasses. There is another building attached to the house. It represents a ‘summer kitchen’ that is a typical extension for many Bulgarian houses. It has a room and a kitchenette. The walls are plastered and white-washed. The windows are two-wing and have glasses. The house also has a basement as big as 16 sq. m.
The house is supplied with water but only in the summer kitchen and outside. Electricity is provided. There is a telephone wire, but it is currently unavailable. There is a toilet outside and inner bathroom that use a septic tank. For heating both electricity and fire wood can be used. The house is furnished and the furniture is included in the offer.
Generally, the house is in good condition and obviously it is cherished by its current owners and has been well-maintained. It just needs refreshment. The roof is very good. A relocation of the toilet would be beneficial.
There is an asphalt road that leads to the property and provides year-round access to the house. The garden is as big as 1800 sq.m. and there are two wells in it. No garage is built but there is a perfect place for one.
The village offers some amenities: a mayor office, post office, cultural centre, a kinder garden, a church, food shops, cafes, regular bus transport to the nearby villages and towns. Fishing and hunting are among the local activities. Take the chance with the house and enjoy the goodness of rural living.
