This rural property is located in the foot of Stara Planina Mountain, 18 km. away from the city of Troian.
 The property embrace a garden with area of 100 sq. m. and house with living area 65 sq. m.  The house was built in 1910. This is two-storey house made from kirpich with three premises. One of tem is on the first floor and the other two are on the second floor. There are, white-washed walls, two-wings and glazed windows and the floor is earth. An asphalt road leads to the house and makes it reachable all year.
