Foreign investors interest in Bulgaria will rise by 40% for 2008, according to the forecasts of consultants in the property market. A growth level of proficiency and boosted quality of customer service will guarantee Bulgaria's ranking among the top three preferred destinations for property investment throughout Europe, officials from the Moscow subsidiary of international real estate consultants declared following the 17th international property exhibition, DomExpo, kept in the Russian capital.
Company officials tried to pinpoint the cause behind Europe's preference for Bulgaria. They mentioned property prices which, compared to the ones in Russia and Europe, still show up attractive to investors. Moreover, projects are realized much easier in Bulgaria. The underlined complexity and quality of granted services that raise the competitiveness and flexibility of banks' credit products and set infrastructure investment as a priority on the governmental level.
