A new office centre will cover a 1 090 sq m plot on two Sofia’s boulevards – Professor Tsvetan Lazarov and Universiada.  The foundation stage is already underway. The structure is composed of two units: the first block has a footprint of 717 sq m and a gross actual area of 5 230 sq m, the second one is 422 sq m in footprint and its total built-up area will cover 2 180 sq m.
The investor is SP Building Ltd. Design was prepared by Integra Consult Project with leading architect Aneta Slavova. Aspa Ruhliatko is the contractor of the project and Story Consult is the consultant company.
The future development will enjoy an attractive location – it is close to two urban thoroughfares and to the street crossing.
The office complex will house retail units as well.
