On January 1 this year start the Professional Builders’ Register, this listed and approved more than 200 constriction companies.
Georgi Gruncharov said that the information is accessible to everyone on the Internet. He presides over the register.
As of this year construction companies will not be allowed to conclude new contracts unless they are listed in the Register. According to the Chamber of Builders, about 4 000 building companies operate in the country. 1 800 of them have already submitted an application for being registered. They were most active in Sofia and in the big cities, the sites of intensive construction.
