The total retail area of the mall will be of 21 000 sq m. and will contain three levels.The plan for the construction of a mall was officially presented from Israeli company Plaza Centers. This will cost approximately 38 million euro and will construct in the north eastern town of Shoumen. This is published from Shoumen municipality .Except restaurants, cafes, clothing shops and supermarket in the big mall will have a special level were u can go for fun. The area which will contain a cinema, electronic games, bowling, and video halls will cover about 1700 sq m. The mall would be finished 1.5 to 2 years after the building company took the permission for construct. Also Plaza Centers said that the project include and underground parking whit 800 places for parking. This part of the mall will be of  2 floor.
