A market complex will spring up on the place of the former Maychina Grizha cinema in Gabrovo. Investment in the scheme is 20 million euro.
The depositor is Mall Gabrovo Ltd., the project was made ready by Uzunov Proekt, the contractor is Force Build and the adviser is Dihris.
The gross real area of the plan is 15 400 sq m. The growth will have 7 levels - two of them will be underground - with more than 60 outlets, sophisticated bars, fast-food restaurants, a hypermarket and cafés.
35 spaces will contains in the underground garage .On the 2th  floor will be situated stores and the 3th  floor will have a bowling alley and café, a piano bar, beauty parlour, internet club and casino with a café. On the 4th storey  there will be a restaurant with seats for  56 people and 24 of them will be place on the open-air summer terrace. The 5th floor will consists of administrative facilities and offices.
This  plan is  planned for termination during the  summer 2009.
