The biggest industrial park on Balkan Peninsula will be built in Bojurishte, near Sofia. It will cover the area of 1 000 000 sq. m. plot of land. This is one of the biggest projects that will be represented on the Balkan expose for real estates that will be hold between 18 and 20 April in Inter Expo Centre – Sofia.
The investor’s effort is direct to the creating of a complex, which offers opportunities and technologies for future purchasers and renters. In the park will be built properties with area between 13 000 sq. m. and 200 000 sq. m. The construction of the complex has to begin this year.
The investors think that this necessitates the realization of many projects in the country. Sofia outskirts, and especially the areas around the airport - the Bozhurishte Municipality and Kazichene, were appointed by the investors as the best and well developed territories for industrial parks construction.
