With the first phase of the project  85 new work places was  open. In the next two years there will be nomination 70 persons more who will work for this project. According the contract with “IKEA”- Switzerland, in the old capital had been opened new workshop. The collaborative project is called “ Witoslepeni products”. According the direction of “Woodworking VT”, this is new stage in the technological development of the company. The aim is simultaneously assimilationof new products and entering technology for more effectiveness of using wood. In the last several years the company provided products to the worldwide leader, while being in 2007 the concrete offer of collaborative production had come. The project will realize itself  three phases until 2010.The three represent  investment  contract, that the management of Woodworking -VT has taken.The planning  infestations for whole period is about 5 million lv. At the moment in Veliko Tyrnovo the company produces armchairs and tabourets from this special wood.The products are being sell in the entire world of trade company  ‘IKEA” The main raw material for them  is kind of waste , which is treating  with special  resin. This way the products are more stable.With the execution of the collaborative project “Woodworking VT”, that is with 45 years history, is going to keep  about 500 working places. That makes the company one of the biggest local employers.
