A new luxury holiday complex will be built on Bulgaria's northern Black Sea shore between the resort of Albena and the city of Varna.
The name of the complex will be „Golden Valley" ("Zlatna Dolina" in Bulgarian), and is worth EUR 20 M.
The Bulgarian-French firm Eurosilex is the investor in the project. Most of the apartments in the new complex have already been sold to purchasers from the UK, Ireland, Russia, Poland, France, and the Scandinavian states.
The Golden Valley complex includes 81 apartments and 21 luxury houses. The main advantage of the new complex is said to be a park of 6000 sq. m with a tropical lake.
Apart from that the resort will embraces several swimming pools, a playground for kids, a tennis court, a parking space, and an administrative constructing with security officers, sauna, supermarket, gym, pharmacy, and a doctor.
Golden Valley is also going to have a golf school specially attached to the complex, which is supposed to become the first golf school in Bulgaria.
This is the third similar project of the Eurosilex firm, and three other similar resorts are under construction. The projects entail low constructions with a lot of green spaces in contrast to some of the overdeveloped Bulgarian Black Sea resorts.
