The total value of the project is assessed at 39 mln euros. The design developer is San Stefano Property Development Jsc .
The main executor is Balkanstroy and the construction supervisor is Complect Consult.
The building will include 4 sublevels. Three of them will be used as car parking.The first sublevel will embrace coffee shops, a sports center featuring bowling alleys and pool tables,  an internet cafe and a supermarket.
The complex will be located on the site of the former Proshekovo Beer Brewery on the corner of Sehinovo Str and San Stefano Str  opposite the property of the Bulgarian National Television. It is situated in the most prestigious part of Sofia near the “Doktorski Pametnik” Square and “Orlov Most” crossroad.
One of the most attractive floors in the building will be the groundfloor. It's design will represent a 20 meters long atrium with glass window, and a lot of lights and greenery. A few shops and a restaurant will be situated as well on the ground floor.
The complex will spread over on built up area of 55 000sq.m. San Stefano Architecture Company has been designed the project of the real estate. The heart of the complex consists of a 17-meters high atrium space. Built above the Commercial Center and around a large inner garden, the apartments have a wonderful panoramic view of the Vitosha Mountain. Finally the small office building is designed in the original classical style of the famous “Brasserie- Proshekovo Piwo” which formerly existed in the neighborhood.
