The plot of land (1300 sq. m.) is located at end of one of the biggest villages in this region only 25 km. away from the picturesque town of Veliko Tarnovo. The land surface is flat with fertile soil and has view to the neighbouring yards and gardens. The present owners grow fruit-trees there. Foundations of an old house afford an opportunity for designing and building a new house. The plot can easily be supplied with electricity, running water and telephone. The road to the land is asphalt which makes it accessible in winter.
