The estate is located only 25 km away from the popular town of Elhovo. The nature of this region is perfectly preserved and is quite beautiful. The property includes a house and a yard. The house is consisted of two floors separated into 5 rooms offering a total living space of 90sq.m. The main structure is brick built and is absolutely massive. Yet it needs to be cleaned because nobody lived there for the last years. The plot is 1000sq.m large and needs to be cleaned from bushes. There are electricity and water pipes installed in the property. In front of the house there are beautifully arranged trellised vines which in summer provide a very pleasant shade and atmosphere to the piazza. Because of the magnificent nature there is an increasing interest in the place.
