This two-storey stone house is located in a quiet village 35km. away from town of Kardjali and 40km. from the administrative town of Haskovo. The hamlet is close to the big dam Studen kladenec and Arda river, which are only 5km. away from it. The property is situated in the center of the village on top of the hill.
