The plot of land stretches over 5200 sq. m. and it is located on a small hill from where the whole village can be seen. The plot is overgrown with bushes and the trees and it needs to be cleaned. However, this is not a problem at all- what is more important is that a building permission is obtained and that the flat terrain allows for a house to be built on it.
Electricity and water can be easily provided.
The village itself is small but of good infrastructure, and it has a number of amenities - shops, cafes, etc. A river flows only 4 km. away and keen fishermen will have a chance to practice their hobby there.
