The Bulgarian plot of land is situated about 180 km away from Sofia, 20 km away from the town of Pleven, 5 km away from the town of Pordim and 10 – 15 km away from the high way Sofia-Rousse.
The plot spreads over 850 sq .m. and the terrain is flat. To the plot leads an asphalt road. A septic tank is available and there are opportunities to be connected a water and electricity. A telephone line can be connected, too.
It was an old building, which is demolished.
In the village there are all amenities for normal living. Shops, post office, church, regular transport are available.
