Prices are put up and supply is constantly shrinking Regulated plots in the southern districts of Sofia have increased their prices by an average of 64 %. These are also the neighbourhoods with the most intense building, noted a source. Prices are soaring and supply is constantly shrinking, Monitor Daily announced.
Durvenitsa and Mladost-1 districts have increased the most in price since April. When it comes to residential construction, Durvenitsa is strongly preferred by developers. However, the main reason for the 140 % price increase in the neighbourhood is the poor supply - only some 10 plots are currently offered there. Prices vary from 70 to 2129 euro/sq m.
Eighteen regulated plots are on sale in Mladost-1. The cheapest one orders a price of 95 euro/sq m and the costliest asks as much as 2241 euro. Mladost-4 residential district offers 52 plots with prices fluctuating between 80 and 2174 euro/sq m. Knyazhevo has seen only a 6 to 8 per cent grow over the last months. The region's zoning plan allows for primarily low-rise buildings, and property units there sell within a wide range: from 18 to 480 euro/sq m.
