Christine Wolff, Managing Director of URS for Europe and Middle East and architect Georgi Kolarov, owner of BulgarConsultBulgarian BulgarConsult Architects and Engineers Ltd. and the US-based URS announced, at a news conference on November 8, their plans to collaborate in the implementation of projects in Bulgaria and  neighbouring countries. Bulgaria's accession to the EU is a precondition for the rapid growth of the Bulgarian market and determined the cooperation between the two companies, said architect Georgi Kolarov, the owner of BulgarConsult.
The companies will focus on due diligence in the field of entrepreneurship and real estate; evaluation of environmental impacts; technical investigation; overall architectural and engineering service in high-end construction and infrastructural projects; project development; and project management and control.
