Sozopolis breaks ground


sozopolImmofinance and Bellevue Property Management broke ground on Sozopolis holiday village, to be situated on Kolokita Island, 2 km south of Sozopol.
The new vacation complex will be built on an 88 500 sq m plot and will comprise 147 separate units: single- and two-family houses, offering a total of 167 residential units; stores; eateries; a luxury hotel with SPA centre; offices; and entertainment places. The cost of the investment will come up to 45 million euro.
Architect Hristo Lazarov from A3 Design Bureau is the originator of the architectural project, which embraces 56 two-storey, semi-detached houses and 21 single-family houses. One- and two-bedroom apartments in the complex will have an area of 62 to 100 sq m. Three-bedroom flats in Sozopolis will offer 147 to 175 sq m living area. Each of the 365 sq m single-family houses will boast its own garden sprawled on a 500 sq m stretch.
Residential units will sell fully finished, designed, and furnished according to the client's individual preferences. The future resort village will attract purchasers with its authentic architecture, preserved and reinstated archaeological excavations on Kolokita Cape, and picturesque landscape, Immofinance officials noted.
