The complex will comprise from hotel and residential part, and all 310 parkplaces will be organized in three underground levels.
Hotel "Piriniea" will be four star and it will consist approximately 110 rooms.
Part of it is SPA Complex with 1 500 sq. m. of area, had engineered by french studio and as well as three restaurants, lobby and healthy bar, BBQ, bowling and a night club.
Conference halls, business-center, plays, skiing, golf and tennis court are envisioned as well.
