One of Europe's main firms in developing and managing market centres- Germany's ECE Projektmanagement, has orientated its 3th plan in Bulgaria. This the project for the “Cherno More Park mall” in Varna, to be situated in nearness to Hemus Highway in the western part of the city, Dnevnik daily announced .
The market area will spread on a 50 000 sq m plot on the position of the ex building of Vamo diesel engine plant.The project will cost about 150 million euro for development ,ECE Projektmanagement’s managing manager Plamen Ilchev told, as noticed by Dnevnik. The mall is going to open doors by the end of 2010.
The two-storey property will include 220 shops,cafes and restaurants. The gross leasable area of the sell complex is appreciationed at 54 000 sq m. The centre will include and a 2 300-car parking, as well.
Apparel makers will rule the lodger mix, but retail place will also be rented to electronics, sporting gear and food retail dealers. Some multinational dealers have already shown curiosity and interest in the design , Ilchev voiced.
ECE Projektmanagement is already developing 2 market mall projects , both of them in capital Sofia - Europe Center Sofia and Serdika Center
