Enemona engineering and building firm plans investment for 43 million euro in Lom municipality in 2008/2009, company representatives
The construction of a pellet fuel factory will start, as well as a central heating plant, which will attend the needs of Lom area. The 2 factories are awaited to become active by the turn of the winter season this year. Total investment earmarked for the 2 initiatives would come to 10 million lv.
The company also projects to construct a business park and logistic centre, on which it plans to overspend about 23 million lv. To that end, last year Enemona gained a 15ha industrial section boastfulness a good strategic area – next to Lom port, with approach to the Danube and in the firsthand closeness to the eastern wharfs of the port.
In spite of, keen local and somebody else's interest in theseplot of  lands, Enemona is in no rush to sell, telling  it would wait for the launch of the port’s concession tender before making a resolve. Specialists thing  that the extension of the port is only likely on the land owned by Enemona, investor.bg announced.
The company gained 2 500 ha agricultural land and 50 ha industrial plots in Lom municipality in 2007, as well, which i t projects  to use to grow up  energy crops, as well as for the growth of a mining complex and a 400 MW coal-fired power plant, using the region's brown coal plain. The company has already made infestation of 10 million lv in that design.
