DV South Mall, the new commercial, entertainment and office complex is going to be build in Lozenets, one of Sofia's most distinguished housing areas. The plot for the new plan is situated in the firsthand neighbourhood of Sofia's South Park, a check up conducted by Profit.bg shows.
DV South Mall will be unique as far as project and architecture goes and will distinguish from all other commercial complexes constructed in Sofia.
The new complex will have a constructed area of 40,000sq.m and will feature 4 floors of commercial space, 5 storeys of office space and one floor accommodating fast food establishments and entertainment facilities. The plan also present the setting up of a casino on the top floor of the complex.
The lately settled Ecobuilding DV is the main investor in the design.
The most up-to-date property materials and technologies will be realized  the building of the new commercial center.
The erection works are slated for termination in the end of 2009.
