The rates of the immovable real estates increased  much and it quite quick. This was announce during the second  day  of the conference BalREc Pablo Locada  from  Martin Fadasa. According Rosen Plevneliev, manager of “Lindner Imobilen Management “, it is not reasonable for square meter in section, as Lozenec tobe paid  2500-3000 euros.
The statistics of Colliersl shows ,that at this time the total residential areas are about 526 000sq.m. and about 70% of them are with one or two bedrooms and not more.
1500-2000 euro per sq.m are the prices in the central part of the city, while in the developing regions they vary from 1000 – 2000 euro per sq.m.
18 big projects (with over 200 apartments), came in Bucharest  market  in 2007 ,whiles most of the biggest buildings in Belgrade are with 10-30 apartments .
