A new residential  and trade complex in Varna will be build  by the Israeli company BSR Europe . The properties will be situated in the beginning of the sea city, nearest to the airport.
The area where the complex will  be build is 74 000 sq.m
The project is to be constructing 1500 apartments distributed in seven buildings. The construction of kindergartens is as well scheduled . BSR Europe will construct own offices. They will consists of four towers . A trade part will have on the ground floor as well.
It is being scheduled the project to start  this year and construction to continue 5 years – announced  PropertyXpress. The total infestation for the project will cost 208,657 M euro. About 308,60 M euro is the expecting returns.
