Minister Rumen Ovcharov will turn the first sod of substation Pamporovo on March 21, reported the mayor of Smolian Dora Yankova. The substation will be modulus and the most modern in Bulgaria. It will guarantee \'Perelik\' project and the electricity supply of Smolian, Pamporovo, Smolianski Lakes and the whole Southern Rhodopes region.
